BHAFC v cpfc.
How come we have the only German who can't take a penalty?
We love Gross , a great playmaker limited only by lack of pace, week after week we  love his Cryuff turn beating defenders at 8Kmph ,we love his insight- his reading of the game but....God he is shit from the penalty spot.

Jorge Meré ist der beste Elfmeterschütze der Bundesliga. Den würde ich verpflichten. Allerdings wollen ihn wegen seiner Qualitäten auch die Mexikaner, ihr müsst euch also ranhalten und viel bieten.

Ok. Who is Pascal Gross?
I only know Jeremy Pascal (Wollny).

Pascal Gross is born and raised in the beautiful city of Mannheim. Last summer I saw him carrying an older man, supposedly his totally wasted father, out of a dive bar. This is not interesting, but nonetheless worth posting it in this thread.

Whi to is bhafc?
A team much more significant the NFFC a club adored by the effzee because of a player signed 40 odd years ago

And, sorry to say this, roughly 20 years ahead of the effzee in the terms of European football.

Eine objektive Bewertung ist das, worauf sich viele Subjekte geeinigt haben, weil sie einen Tatbestand durch die gleiche Brille betrachten.

You don't even see the irony in it?
Irony or not, "beautiful city of Mannheim" deserves a blue button in any case.

Infrastructurally/conceptually you are most certainly right (btw. apparently your club is a role model for how our "new" management wants to develop our club). It's absolutely fascinating what the current owner made out of BHAFC (and the current Belgium championship leader of Royale Union Saint-Gilloise, which is owned by the same person). Having said that, given that BHAFC is an investors club, it is hopefully not only 20 years but millenia ahead of our club... down the road to insignificance, where all the sh... investors clubs belong!

Bloom is the 3rd generation of his family on the board, following his Grandfather in the 70's and his Uncle.
A true fan not just an investor. A man with a dream and the pockets to carry it through.  He has stated that the money he has put into the club stays there even after his death.

So no ordinary investor club.

And the 20 years comment was a joke,

Sure, among the investors and their strategies of running a club the one of the Bloom family is certainly among the most interesting ones. I absolutely respect what they are establishing in their clubs. But it is still an investor - without his deep pockets BHAFC wouldnt be where they are (even though he probably makes much more of his money than the other investors in english football). Investors, no matter their intentions or connections to their clubs, are the cancer that is detroying german football culture in the recent years. So I dont have any sympathy for clubs run by investors, which is also the reason why english football is not fascinating me at all anymore. I wish you and your club the best of success, but the truth is - I couldnt care less for whom is winning the Premierleague...

It's not entirely fair to compare football in the UK and Germany. Historically clubs in UK have always been owner based. Investors aren't by any means a new development, they've always been there since the beginning. There are very few professional or semi-pro clubs in the UK that are fan owned. The German model is quite unusual in European football and must be defended at all cost. That being said the clubs where investors hold a majority are the exception while in the UK all clubs in the top divisions are run that way so there's no unfair advantage towards each other. In Germany the likes of Leipzig, Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg and Leverkusen do have an unfair advantage. Their advantage needs to be taken away so there's a level playing field.
